Canine Corona Virus(CCV) causes sporadic outbreaks of vomiting and diarrhea in dog, very similar symptom with the canine parvo virus infection. CCV is widely distributed throughout the world, with the sero-prevalence of 25~54% in family dogs and 80~100% in kennel dog. The virus is excreted in the dog feces from the sign of clinical symptoms. Infection in 1-3 month old poppies have poor prognosis and if simultaneous infection with CPV occur, the disease is more severe and often fatal, making the detection of Canine Corona Virus infection very important.
